Postpartum MotherCircle yoga workshop
A kundalini yoga workshop for mothers. A space for you to relax, stretch, and take a long deep breath. A space to discover the power of kundalini yoga in a way that is not possible during pregnancy. A space to reflect on motherhood and where you are now. A space to share with other mothers.
If you’ve had a baby in the past 24 months, this workshop will be really beneficial to you.
Suzanne practised midwifery for 20 years and offers birth education workshops and individual classes. She is also a Holistic Pelvic Care practitioner and has been teaching kundalini yoga to mothers for the past 5 years. Suzanne will lead you through an unhurried experience of stretching out your post-birth body and becoming present to your self, using her experience of postpartum physiology, breath work and the kundalini magic of releasing and uplifting one’s spirit.
There will include a discussion and reflection on the changes to your body and mind, with information on ways to care for yourself and consideration of the culture of motherhood. Time to connect and chat.
Bring along a journal and pen and some water.
Everything else will be provided.
We will meet at The Yoga Den in East Linton.
