Top asked FAQs about MotherHeal's workshops

  • Hypnobirthing, birth preparation, preparing for the postpartum period and breastfeeding workshops as well as pregnancy yoga classes are all available to help educate and prepare you for parenthood.

  • Some workshops offered will be online - keep in touch by signing up for the newsletter and following MotherHeal on social media so as not to miss any online workshops we offer.

  • Birth is not something anyone does frequently and each pregnancy is different. Taking the time to prepare for each birth is important. I offer a special 1-2-1 refresher for anyone who has done the initial training with me. Contact me to book a time.

  • The cost for each workshop will vary according to how long it is, whether or not it is a collaboration with another practitioner and if it is in-person or online. Check the individual details of the workshop you are interested in.

  • Workshop topics will be changing depending on who I may be collaborating with, or what I am currently exploring. I am a midwife so many of my workshops will all be on childbirth and mothering. I think the health of mothers really centres on our root, our pelvis, so much of my teaching will also focus on women's pelvic health.
