How pregnancy yoga helps
Reduced stress and anxiety
The breathwork and movement of yoga decreases stress hormones and allows you to relax and increase happy hormones.
More comfort in your changing body
Yoga exercises increase pelvic stability and relieve lower back and hip pain to help your changing body feel more comfortable.
Better sleep
Good sleep can be elusive when pregnant. Many women report getting a better sleep after a relaxing yoga class.
Prepares your body for birth
Yoga includes essential positions for pregnancy and labour as they allow baby to get into a good position for birth.
