I just wanted to thank you so much for being a big part of our journey. It wasn’t just turning up for a Yoga session each week- your support was so much more than that. It helped me understand more about birthing, prepare myself for being a mum of twins and feel connected to a whole community. It felt like every member of the class was genuinely cared for. I didn't realise how important that would be until I was part of it. I'm so glad I took a random flyer and signed up for a taster session- something so unlike me to do!

I have found the class to be really beneficial, it improved my mental state as well as giving me exercise and learning new techniques to work with. It was nice to meet women in my area going through a similar experience and Suzanne was such a great support. I always left the class feeling calmer and more in control. I would highly recommend.

As a University Student who is pregnant, I don’t have a lot of money to spare so I’m very picky about what I choose to spend on in making preparations for my first baby’s arrival. I must tell you that I’m so glad I decided to come to your yoga sessions. I’m feeling so much more confident and better prepared for birthing. Not only that, but I’m taking a different path to self care and nourishment, and it’s spreading to all areas of my life! Due to our weekly meditations I’m feeling so much more in tune with what I truly need and what baby needs. Your depth of knowledge is encyclopaedic and we really get to benefit from the wisdom stemming from your years of experience as a midwife. So from the bottom of my heart, Thank you.
